IV (Intravenous) infusions involve the administration of fluids, medications, or nutrients directly into the bloodstream through a vein.

This method allows for rapid and effective delivery of substances to the body, bypassing the digestive system, which may be particularly advantageous in certain situations. IV infusions have gained popularity due to their numerous benefits.

Firstly, they offer quick rehydration for individuals who are severely dehydrated or unable to take fluids orally. Secondly, IV infusions are commonly used to deliver medications and nutrients, ensuring immediate availability and precise dosing, making them ideal for critical care scenarios.

Additionally, IV infusions are utilized for detoxification and chelation therapies, which help remove toxins and heavy metals from the body, promoting overall health and well-being.

Overall, IV infusions play a vital role in modern medicine by providing a fast, efficient, and targeted approach to addressing various medical needs.
